Ephemeral Reading Nest Made of 10,000 Discarded Wood Boards

Artist Mark Reigelman installed ‘The Reading Nest’ in front of the Cleveland Public Library, Ohio. More than 10,000 pieces of discarded wood were assembled to build this temporary installation. 6,000 of which were painted in hues of gold, inspired by the legendary Griffin, which created an attractive glow to visitors during the day.
