Tasmania-based studio Maria Gigney Architects designed the Kay House located in Battery Point, a suburb of Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.

This 3-level 3,895 square foot glass house features four bedrooms, two baths  and the focal point of this stunning home is the 12.5m indoor solar heated saltwater lap pool, positioned in an atrium to drink-in the expanse of sky and sea. From here, glass doors open to the spacious kitchen, lounge and dining, heated by a welcoming fire and radiant warmth from the polished concrete floors.
