Designers of Parque Humano maximized the use of space in this project located in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. Given that the site is irregular, almost triangular in shape, it’s a challenge allocating spaces. But having seen the resulting space of this project, the site area was used very well. And with an added bonus of having sweeping panoramic views of the Cerro Gordo´s Natural Reserve, the exterior of the home remained simple.
The home’s layout is divided into two segments. On your left is the studio connected by a bridge to the main area of the house. The main area includes, the living, dining, kitchen area on the ground level and the bedrooms on the second level.
