Check out this really nice “96 square feet-sized” cabin designed by Robin Falck from Finland. The cabin is situated on the lakeshore where you can experience a very beautiful view of the lake from both the bottom floor and the loft.
And why is there much emphasis on the size of the cabin? Well because in Finland, you can build a house without a permit, if the size would be no larger than 128 square feet. Great, isn’t it?
Mr. Falck called his tiny home the “Nide,” which is Italian for “birds nest.”
The cabin features a 50 square foot loft bedroom and a large two story window allowing plenty of natural light to enter, and even includes a nice deck to catch some rays outside this lakeside abode.
