Dried-up Salt Lake is World's Biggest Mirror

This is Salar de Uyuni. Located in southwest Bolivia in the Potosi and Oruro departments. It is the world's largest salt flat measuring 10,582 square kilometers. Several prehistoric lakes formed this unusual transformation. It is covered with a few meters of salt crust, which has exceptional flatness and when covered with a thin layer of saline water during rainy season, it creates a massive mirror.
