Despite the limited space, architect Dalibor Hlavacek effectively designed a spacious-looking two storey attic loft. The lower level has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. While occupying the second level is a private study/ guestroom which is accessible by a steel footbridge.
You'll appreciate different textures inside this home. For example, the brickwall moderates the stiffness of a steep ceiling slope and the wood somehow adds to that homey feeling.
