US-based Korean artist Soo Sunny Park has created a dazzling abstract installation called Unwoven Light as part of the Rice Gallery, in Rice University, Houston, Texas. The structure is composed of 37 individual chain links made of Plexiglas wired into the openings of the metal fence. The coated glass causes the light to “unweave”, which makes the colors of the shapes change from clear to rainbow colors as light hits them. You may want to check out the Unwoven Light on display at the Rice Gallery through August 30th, 2013.
