Built in 2011, this modular space that also serves as an office is located on a historic modern property in Savannah, Georgia.

Originally, the structure was to be at grade but a feasibility study revealed the location was within a FEMA regulated flood-zone. This fact required the elevation of the structure 5-feet above grade – a simple alteration with the ASUL system.
The primary structure measures 16-feet by 20-feet with an 8-foot by 20-foot cantilevered deck and matching awning. Ample glazing on the north and south provides natural light and creates a calm working environment.
