Designers Lynda and Peter Benoit of Melander Architects came up with a clever concept of customizing a 16-by-17-by-10 ft wooden box with a bookcase outside, a bedroom inside and dressing room above. Efficient use of every surface while saving up space. What a brilliant way of remodelling a loft home inside a former steam engine factory in California.
